Shipping Policy

Processing/Shipping Our normal processing time is 1-3 days or sooner and shipping times average 1-3 days depending on your shipping option chosen.

 

Return Package If a package is returned to us as not deliverable, we will contact you for a correct shipping address and re-bill you for the shipping fees. This will cover re-shipping cost unless we made an error.

 

IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT A PACKAGE BEING POTENTIALLY LOST OR STOLEN, PLEASE PURCHASE INSURANCE OR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION WITH YOUR ORDER

 

Refund/Exchange/Incorrect Item

 

Refund/Cancellation We do not provide refund or cancellations for any reason including delay in shipping due to the nature of our products unless it was error on our part.

 

Exchange we do not provide exchanges due to the nature of our products.

 

Incorrect/Missing Item If you received and incorrect or missing item, please contact us at support@nailahneffer.com within 5-7 days of delivery to get a replacement shipped within a week. A photo of invoice and a photo of incorrect item must be sent to email provided. Include “INCORRECT TEA” in subject box. If photo of incorrect tea and photo of invoice can not be provided then a replacement can not be shipped.

  • For incorrect tea we will provide return shipping label via email or with replacement tea in order for customer to return incorrect item back to us.

  • For missing tea please send copy of the invoice and photo of teas received to email provided. Please enter “MISSING TEA” in subject box. If invoice and photo of all teas received can not be provided we will not send replacement item.

WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY REPLACEMENTS FOR INCORRECT OR MISSING TEAS AFTER THE 8TH DAY.

 

Broken Items please email us within 3 days of delivery so we can document this issue. You can file a claim with USPS online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. If you received your order in a priority package, in order to begin the claim you will need to take 3 photos of broken item(s): Front. Back and Side. Please take photo of the item with protective wrap slightly on tea with label on the tea showing. The picture needs to be clear and large enough to see or post office can deny the claim. It takes 2 weeks or more for finalization of claim. Unfortunately, if post office does not accept responsibility, Nailah Neffer LLC is not liable in this matter.

Once the post office reimburses you for said tea, you can re-order product and Nailah Neffer LLC will expedite your order if you email us with “RE-ORDERED BROKEN TEA” in subject box.

 

If you received your order in a first class package, Nailah Neffer LLC will file the claim. In order to start the claim, you must provide 3 photos of broken items: Front. Back and Side of the broken item. Please make sure protective wrap is slightly on broken item and label on the ea is visible in the photo. The picture must be clear and large enough, if not carrier can deny the claim. It can take up to two weeks to finalize the claim.

If we file the claim. send the photos to us at support@nailahneffer.com with invoice and put”broken teas” in the subject box. If the carrier accepts full responsibility for broken tea, we will work with them to get your replacement tea to you.

 

Lost/Stolen/Missing Package If the package is shipped out correctly by Nailah Neffer LLC and it gets lost stolen we are not liable as the shipper. You will need to file a claim with United States Post Office online at http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim can take up to 2 weeks to finalize. Unfortunately, if the post office does not accept responsibility, that is between you and the carrier as Nailah Neffer LLC is not liable in this matter
