Refund Policy

Refunds/cancellations we do not provide refunds or cancellations including shipping delays due to the nature of our products unless WE make an error.

 

Exchanges we do not provide any exchanges due to the nature of our products.

 

Incorrect/Missing Product If you received an incorrect or missing a tea in your order, its best to contact us within 5-7 days of delivery at support@nailahneffer.com to have a replacement shipped to you within 5-7 days. please include a photo of the incorrect tea and photo of invoice Must be sent to the email provided. When emailing you Must put “INCORRECT TEA” in the subject box. If you cannot provide a photo of incorrect item and photo of invoice then a replacement cannot be shipped to you. This process insures a smooth remedy of the issue.

 

  • For incorrect Tea, we will provide a return shipping label via email and/or via replacement package when shipped so the customer can send incorrect package back to us.

  • For missing Tea please send copy of the invoice and teas received. Please put “MISSING TEA” in the subject line. If a photo of missing teas and photo of invoice cannot be provided then we will not send a replacement item.

*** WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS AFTER 8TH DAY***

 

Broken Items please email us within 3 days of delivery so we can document this issue. You can file a claim with USPS online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. If you received your order in a priority package, in order to begin the claim you will need to take 3 photos of broken item(s): Front. Back and Side. Please take photo of the item with protective wrap slightly on tea with label on the tea showing. The picture needs to be large enough to see or the post office can deny the claim. It takes 2 weeks or more for finalization of claim via USPS. Unfortunately, if post office does not accept responsibility, Nailah Neffer is not liable in this matter.

Once the post off reimburses you for said tea, you can re-order product and Nailah Neffer LLC will expedite your order if you email us with “RE-ORDERED BROKEN TEA” in subject line.

 

If you received your broken tea in a standard package, Nailah Neffer LLC will file the claim with usps. In order to start the claim, we will need 3 photos of broken item: Front, Back and Side. Please provide a photo of item with protective wrap slightly around the tea and label on the tea showing. The picture must be clear and large enough so the post office won't deny the claim. We will ship REPLACEMENT out within a week.

 

Lost/Stolen/Missing Package If the package is shipped out correctly by Nailah Neffer LLC and it gets lost stolen we are not liable as the shipper. You will need to file a claim with United States Post Office online at http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim can take up to 2 weeks to finalize. Unfortunately, if the post office does not accept responsibility, the liability of this matter does not land on Nailah Neffer LLC.
